What an agent can do without asking the founder. Inventory of CLIs (Vercel, Stripe, gh, LiveKit, pnpm, Node), MCP plugins (Supabase, Cartesia, Gmail, Calendar, Context7, Knowledge), and which actions require confirmation. Moved out of /dev/CLAUDE.md 2026-05-25 to reduce per-session context.
