Where metrics live (post-publish)
Per-video analytics (engaged views, AVD %, subs/1K, related-video CTR on Shorts, description CTR on hubs, emails attributed, A/B title winner) follow the dashboard spec in strategy.md §8. Pull from YouTube Studio; record the leading numbers here per video once they accrue. Track by hand at the Day-30 / 60 / 90 gates (strategy §8). The strongest qualitative signal — pastors commenting with passage requests — gets counted weekly.
